   Stem from Four Primary Root Causes:  

2)  Misinformation:   

All of us have been filled with an overwhelming amount of misinformation.   Much of what we take for granted as real has nothing to do with reality.  

3)  Childhood Programming:

For most of us, our lives are still being run by the beliefs and behavior patterns that were put into us between conception to about age four.  Even those of us who had loving and well-meaning parents, still have their beliefs and attitudes active in our subconscious minds.

4)  Lack of Action:

We often know what to do, why to do it, and even how to do it, but we either can't or won't take the required action.
