Coaching is
a
Method
of Stress Reduction:
Unless
you have been very sheltered (or are unusually self-aware) life comes
along and regularly pushes, pulls, and/or stretches you out
of alignment and into stress.
In the face of stress, you have four choices: 1)
to live unconsciously, within the stress and at the
effect of your environment, 2) to give up your dreams and change yourself to fit the
circumstances in which you find yourself, 3)
to attempt to alter the physical environment in which
you find yourself, or 4) return to a sense of peace and
harmony within yourself (regardless of what is occurring in
the outside world) by applying to your life the techniques taught through Life
Coach 4 VIP.
The
Life
Coach 4 VIP
technique was
intentionally designed to counter life’s disharmony and
bring you gently back into harmony with your physical self,
with your environment, and with your core beliefs.
And then, to begin creating your
life the way you'd like it to be.

Coaching
Works in Three Stages:
The
first
step
is a gentle awakening that inspires small, seemingly
insignificant steps toward feeling better.
Those steps cause your tensions and anxieties
to slowly and steadily unwind like unraveling the rubber
band in the core of an old fashioned golf ball.
With a long series of little successes, you become
more relaxed, more calm, and more self-confident.
By
the start of the second
stage (the
structural adjustment phase) you have found a grander picture
of yourself –- a vision of who and what you would like to
be.
With
a meaningful direction (a goal) in mind, with a clearer
sense of who you are, and with a belief in your new-found
knowledge of how the universe functions, you become wise
enough and strong enough to begin making simple moves
and changes.
The
first changes occur in your beliefs and attitudes, next in your
feelings about yourself, then in your feelings about those
around you and the environment in which you live, and lastly,
changes in your physical behavior.
This process will, gently and over time, lead you from
stress and anxiety to joy, love, and personal affluence.
In
the third
stage, you slowly stretch, grow and expand into
your full potential as a human being. You
come to accept and experience that you are deserving, that
you are worthy, and, above all, that you are lovable.
Innovation
Versus Kaizen:
We've been programmed to believe the
change comes in big and major
pieces. This is called "Innovation."
The only problem with innovation is
that it's too big to cope with;
it usually doesn't work, and
it's scary as
hell.
On
the opposite end of this polarity is
a concept called Kaizen, which is
similar to the concept that we call
"How to Eat an
Elephant"
---> One bite at a
time. The
Life
Coach 4 VIP
technique was
intentionally designed to utilize this one-bite-at-a-time
approach to re-creating our
lives. (We'll explain
these concepts in considerable
detail as part of our coaching
program.)
